Caleb helps business owners get an exceptional client and buyer experience from start to finish, overseeing accurate valuations, guiding deal strategy, and managing the performance of the deal teams to make sure execution matches the outcome owners are working toward.
Caleb’s path began abroad, born in Mexico and raised in Morocco, before he built a career across private equity and commercial real estate, with transaction volume at multiple firms specializing in intermediary services, acquisitions, and development. His experience spans complex deal structuring, sourcing, strategy formation, and managing businesses and teams across dozens of industries and regions. Caleb cofounded EBA with his brothers Marcus and Chris and runs operations, deal execution, and strategy across the firm’s markets, along with managing client relationships to ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and buyers.
Caleb holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and lives and works in Austin, Texas.
