Caleb comes from a successful private equity career in the commercial real estate industry, with transaction volume at multiple firms specializing in intermediary services, acquisitions, asset management and development. His dynamic experience includes deal valuation, marketing, sourcing, structuring, research, strategy formation, and management of dynamic businesses and teams across assets including hotels, apartments, industrial buildings, restaurants, offices, and retail.
At EBA, Caleb is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client and buyer experience, managing client relationships, overseeing business valuation and presentation generation, executing on marketing and transaction strategies, and managing the performance of the deal teams.
