Chris is a successful business owner with a decade plus track record of starting, buying and building companies into successful, self-governed entities. He owns over a half dozen businesses in different industries and has a heart to help his team, clients, and communities dream bigger dreams and achieve those dreams. Chris was part of a leadership team in multiple businesses that raised and deployed over $550 million in investor dollars.

Chris created EBA in collaboration with his business partners and brothers as a solution to all the problems they experienced during their business acquisition process on previous businesses. Chris is responsible for vision, client relationships, complex deal structuring and estate visioning and loves being in the trenches with his clients to coach them to an awesome outcome.

Caleb comes from a successful private equity career in the commercial real estate industry, with transaction volume at multiple firms specializing in intermediary services, acquisitions, asset management and development. His dynamic experience includes deal valuation, marketing, sourcing, structuring, research, strategy formation, and management of dynamic businesses and teams across assets including hotels, apartments, industrial buildings, restaurants, offices, and retail.

At EBA, Caleb is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client and buyer experience, managing client relationships, overseeing business valuation and presentation generation, executing on marketing and transaction strategies, and managing the performance of the deal teams.

Marcus is a successful business owner and has partnered with Chris on many of his ventures. He started his first digital media business immediately after university and has continued to refine media, marketing, and content across many platforms. Marcus ran a successful healthcare consulting company prior to his partnership in Exceptional Companies during which he doubled revenue and profits and managed over 40 employees and consultants.

Marcus is responsible for all processes and is a systems ninja, ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems at EBA. He loves solving complex problems, keeping the trains running on time, and removing roadblocks for the team and clients before they even see them coming.

Greg is a dynamic business development expert with a portfolio spanning sports, energy, defense, and non-profit sectors. His military discipline, fused with startup agility, equips him with the unique insight to streamline operations and optimize cost and profit centers across organizational structures.

Greg believes that business owners and their businesses are the single highest agents for change in the local community. He is passionate about helping business owners achieve their dreams, in whatever capacity he is called. He joined EBA after experiencing first-hand EBA’s unique service-based approach to prioritizing people and their dreams above profit. Greg will be responsible for managing clients in the Austin market, specifically client on-boarding, business valuation, deal negotiation, media capture, marketing strategy, and systems and tech application.
