Business Valuation & Presentation
Utilizing the data gathered we produce a best in class valuation of your business accompanied by a CIM (Confidential Investment Memo) package. We then organize relevant documents and media into a secure tech stack for buyer review.
Offer Negotiation & Buyer Selection
We receive and review offers and provide guidance on the buyer fit based on price, terms, background and legacy. Once the buyer is selected, an exclusive due diligence period will begin.
Due Diligence & Deal Structure Support
Upon execution of an offer letter we will guide you and the buyer on due diligence requests, pre-closing strategy, potential capital structures and financing options.
Contract Negotiation & Execution
After due diligence is complete, our team will guide our client through the negotiation and execution of the purchase and sale agreement.
